  • Recently had this bad experience with this handphone company N***A.

    Bought a new phone (11 sep)with shuts off on the second day and could not be turned on. Went down to carecenter at suntec and few days later was told is fixed. When collecting the phone, the staff with full of confident and tell me is fixed as i sat there for a long while checking the phone. On the very same day on my way home the phone shuts off again with the same problem. Rush back to carecenter and ask for explanation. They say dunno and ask me to try without memory card for one day. say might be the problem. Alright so i test and that night itself the phone shut off when i was talking on the phone. So the next day i went back to carecenter, in a week this is the forth time i went there. I was told they will investigate the issue and ask the manager to call me, so i have to wait again. Next day some fellow called me from carecenter, assuring that they will solve the problem and the next time i collect it will be fixed. Further explained that they will do testing to confirm is changing the main circuit board is needed. Once with result they will call me. On the 30sep i received a call from same fellow, informing they will change the main circuit board and i have to go collect at orchard carecenter branch as suntec outlet is closed with effect on 1st oct. I was told it will take a week and will call me when the phone is ready. He gave me a contact number that now today 13 oct cannot be called through and i have not receive any info from them at all. Called the hotline and the only thing they can do is inform them to call me. takes around 48hours. WTF?

    haiz..  what should i do? it has been a month since the new phone, and i have not used for one full day. I feel like N***A is treating my like a clown, walk here and there, giving me so many excuses and still haven call me.

    I tell myself this will be the last time i use this brand. Their service is damn bad, no responsibility, staff could not answer your simple questions.

    If you are using this brand, i wish you good luck that your phone does not spoil. Cause the Carecenter dun really care.. whahaha.
